Reflection of the self in your eyes
murmured disclosures of truth
apathy of destiny, called fame..
like those ever united diversities
time and again, we still stand apart
divided by desires, prognosis of elite containment..
coming to terms with the heartbeats
we, still alive as someone else, forever…
